Alan Davenport serves as the Chief Executive Officer of United Comfort Group, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in building and scaling service-oriented businesses. Before joining UCG, he was Chairman and CEO of Interior Logic Group, where he led the company through significant growth and transformation. His background also includes senior executive roles at Henry Company and Builders FirstSource. Alan is known for his strategic vision and commitment to operational excellence, making him a dynamic leader in the HVAC and plumbing services industry.

Ron McCrummen serves as the Chief Financial Officer at United Comfort Group, leveraging over 35 years of experience in guiding companies through transformation growth. Prior to joining UCG, Ron served in chief financial officer and executive finance leadership roles in both public and private companies, as well as a partner at Ernst & Young LLP. He has significant private-equity experience.

Ron is responsible for guiding the Company’s financial, treasury, taxation, risk management, transactional processing, integration, and shared service activities.

A graduate of St. Louis University, Ron and his family live in the Dallas, Texas metroplex.

Lisa Johnson is the Chief People Officer (CPO) of United Comfort Group, where she brings a wealth of experience in leading and transforming people and culture initiatives. With a career dedicated to managing blue-collar labor forces, Lisa directs hiring, training, and retention efforts centrally across United Comfort Group’s brands.

A graduate of Elon University, Lisa is known for her forward-thinking, agile, and emotionally intelligent approach. With over 27 years of proven experience, she is a results-driven executive with a highly energetic demeanor, capable of building and leading highly competent HR teams.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Lisa enjoys watching her daughter participate in travel volleyball, showcasing her dedication to both her career and personal interests.

Andrew Licking brings over a decade of diverse experience to his role at United Comfort Group, with a background spanning banking data integrity, FP&A, and technology startup investments. Most notably, he spent six years leading M&A efforts for another business, where he developed a robust outreach methodology and successfully guided 12 business owners through partnerships. For Andrew, the heart of his work is building meaningful relationships with owners and helping them navigate the pivotal decisions that shape their futures.

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, exploring the lakefront and soaking in the sunshine before winter sets in. A self-proclaimed ‘retired’ runner, he still laces up his shoes for the occasional run and loves discovering new restaurants or getting lost in a great book.

Katie Smith serves as the Vice President of Marketing at United Comfort Group, leveraging her extensive experience as a Director of Marketing in the premium home services sector. With a proven track record in brand management, content creation, online reputation management, sales strategies, team building, recruiting, event planning, management, and fundraising, Katie is a dynamic marketing professional.

A proud graduate of the College of Charleston, Katie has dedicated 15 years to the home services industry, refining her skills and contributing significantly to the growth and success of her teams. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Katie is an avid traveler. She particularly relishes the vibrant culinary scene in Charleston, SC, where she resides with her family, blending her passion for marketing with a rich appreciation for life’s experiences.
